FARE loans are available to applicants anywhere in Canada who satisfy the following criteria:
- must have already received a positive decision on their refugee claim or Pre-Removal Risk Assessment
- must be unable to afford the processing fees associated with making an application for permanent residence
- must be living below the poverty line
When you apply, FARE will request documentation that shows you satisfy the criteria.
